Phasing Out Support for Windows 98 and Windows ME
Since Microsoft stopped supporting Windows 98 and Windows ME more than a year and a half ago, fewer and fewer programs and web sites are able to work with those older versions of the Windows operating system. Due to this, there has been an increased difficulty in finding anti-virus and anti-spyware programs capable of protecting customers’ computers running Windows 98 and ME. In light of this, Project Mutual Telephone will no longer support Windows 98 and Windows ME as of April 15, 2008.
If you have a computer running Windows 98 or Windows ME, the computer may continue to work on the internet for a period of time past that date; however we will be unable to provide full support for these versions of Windows.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.FREE Internet Classes

Why when I connect it will it not verify my username or password?
- First check to make sure your caps lock light is NOT on.
- Next, delete and retype the username (first part of your email address) and password. Make sure you are not using capital letters or spaces.
- Make sure your bill is current. If it is not, your account may be temporarily disabled.
Why do I get a busy signal when I try to connect?
- Check your dial up number.
- Make sure you do not have 1-208 on the phone number

I can send e-mail but not receive it. It sometimes appears to be locked up. What is the problem?
- First, check to see if your mouse and keyboard still work, if they do, it is not really locked up.
- Understand that your e-mail could just be a fairly large e-mail and it could take up to an hour to come though, depending on the size of it and your connection speed.
- Try waiting a little while and your e-mails should eventually come through. If they do not, you may need to give us a call and we can look your account up and tell you the size of it and whom it is from. We can delete it for you, if that is what you want us to do.
If I'm out of town, would it be possible for me to check my e-mail from another location?
- As long as you are connected to the internet, you can type in the address http://www.pmt.org.
- Click on Webmail.
- Enter in your Username and Password, your e-mails should appear.
