Open Outlook XP. Click on the word Tools across the top, then click on E-mail Accounts.
Select Add a new e-mail account. Click Next
Select POP3. Click Next
In the Your Name field, type a friendly name (this will show up in any e-mail set from the user). Type in your local POP3 server in the Incoming mail server (POP3) and your local SMTP server in the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) field, then in the Password field type your password. Click Next.
