How does PMT Conference Center work?
PMT Conference Center is web-centric, or web enabled. Once you have an account you can go online any time day or night and schedule a telephone conference bridge for whenever YOU would like. It provides easy instructions, with telephone numbers for you, and your conference participants to dial. It will also send automated emails and Outlook calendar invites so it's easy for you, and your attendees!
When a call is active you can also manage the active conference call, for example, you can remove users, lock the conference, or mute a conference attendee.
How much does it cost?
PMT Conference Center is a very inexpensive and valuable tool created for small to medium sized businesses.
- A conference costs $20.00 for the first hour, for the first 1-10 participants. To guarantee a billed amount, you can limit the maximum amount of participants when you create a conference. PMT Conference Center is flexible and we want you to be in charge how much it will cost.
- To add 5 additional users beyond the first 10 costs $5.00.
- Additional blocks of a half hour, beyond the first hour of conference time, is $7.50.
- Additional blocks of a half hour for 5 additional users, beyond the first 10 users, is $2.50.
