Sales and Customer Service Manager
- Status: Full-Time
- Location: Rupert, ID
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead and direct sales and customer service strategies and operations.
Sales
- Set sales goals and implement effective sales programs/campaigns for internal and external sales teams, both short and long term, to increase sales and customer loyalty.
- Assist sales team by meeting with key clients and building strong relationships.
- Establish performance goals, sales goals, quotas, commission structures, territories, forecasts, and sales plans.
Customer Service
- Lead and champion companywide customer service initiatives and programs; establishes service goals, performance matrix, builds customer loyalty.
- Create improvement plans for processes or initiatives to excel performance and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively analyze and improve customer satisfaction. Assess customer needs and manage customer issues, escalations, and complaints.
- Create and manage budget for sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Research and recommend new product opportunities.
- Lead product launch team and process.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Supervise personnel, which include work allocation, motivation, training, retention, and problem resolution; evaluate performance and recommend personnel actions; motivate to achieve peak performance.
- Keep current on technology, regulatory guidelines and communications industry and ensure staff is educated and in compliance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
- BS degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
- A passionate leader with a minimum of 10 years of experience with solid business intuition, knowledge, and understanding that drives success.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams with clear direction, passion, and a consensus-building approach.
- Ability to professionally advocate PMT's positions on issues and skilled negotiator.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to establish business and financial justifications for initiatives.
- Employee development and performance management skills with emphasis on sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. The ideal person for this job would be a team player, personable, professional, upbeat, and energetic, takes initiative, uses tact and diplomacy.
- Work requires continual attention to detail. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
- Resourceful, roll up the sleeves attitude. The successful candidate must have the initiative to resolve problems, seek answers independently, and enthusiastically persist until goals are achieved.
- Ability to hold a valid Idaho Driver's License.
Network Administrator
We seek a skilled network administrator to maintain the hardware and software that comprises our extensive data, voice and video IP networks. This job includes the deployment, maintenance and monitoring of active network equipment: switches, routers, firewalls and servers.
Duties, Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Cisco and Foundry router/ switch configuration, deployment, and maintenance.
- Experience and advanced skill sets with Linux requested. Debian experience is a plus. Linux based ISP and IPTV head-end maintenance.
- Windows 2003/2008 Server, Windows XP/Vista/7 workstation administration.
- Performs and/or oversees software and application development, installation, and upgrades; maintains site licenses for department/organization.
- Plans and implements network security, including building firewalls, applying cryptography to network applications, managing host security, file permissions, and file system integrity, and adding/removing users.
- Troubleshoots networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties.
- Develops and conducts various training and instruction for system users on specific operating systems, applications, and programming languages in use in the department/organization; assists users in maximizing use of networks and computing systems.
- Maintains currency of knowledge with respect to relevant state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and/or systems.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
